------------------------------ Deleting module version: 5.0.10 completely from the DKMS tree. ------------------------------ There are 2 issues with the output: - The colon seems to be wrong there with the following second line. - If the version string is too long (as in this case) the line overflows the dashes. ** Affects: dkms (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to dkms in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1529161 Title: Enhancing the output on removing modules Status in dkms package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 dev with dkms 2.2.0.3-2ubuntu8 and on upgrading VirtualBox which caused the modules to be removed with DKMS I noticed the following output: ------------------------------ Deleting module version: 5.0.10 completely from the DKMS tree. ------------------------------ There are 2 issues with the output: - The colon seems to be wrong there with the following second line. - If the version string is too long (as in this case) the line overflows the dashes.
