After upgrading BIOS to the latest "CDCN30WW" version, changing few BIOS settings (secure boot disabled, intel virtual technology disabled, intel platform trust technology disabled), and upgrading kernel to the latest "4.4.0-8-generic" version - some problems are solved: nr.1, nr.3, nr.6, nr.12 :) I'm particularly happy to see that the "mtrr_gran_size/mtrr_chunk_size" mess is finally eliminated from my computer (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1513148). Here's a new situation with the following attached files: "dmesg_output_kernel_4-4-0-8", "alsa-info.sh output" and "hdajackretask_unconnected_pins": 2) Unsolved Notebook subwoofer still doesn't work.
