We also upgrade our firmware of the I350 network interfaces to version 1.5.86

SO what do i need to fill in /etc/apt/preferences.d/proposed-updates to only 
get the kernel

I need to check with colleags if can test becouse this is a production

As Bas already told: we have a production site with 2 (identical) servers, 
configured as loadbalancer.
At first the network problems occurred at the primary loadbalancer, but after 
rebooting that one the problems migrated to the second server.
Only after rebooting both servers with the previous kernel our servers became 
accessible again.
