Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem? The issue arose after updating to the lastest updates just before posting this bug: October 10th, 2018. Unfortunately, I'm not by a computer now and don't know what kernel I was on just before the bug happened.
