[Fix] apply the fixup ALC274_FIXUP_DELL_AIO_LINEOUT_VERB, and make the matching more generic. [Test Case] Booting the kernel with this patch, the line-out jack worked well. [Regression Risk] Low, just apply an existing fixup to a specific machine (dell with alc274 codec, and the pin 0x19 and 0x1a has the 0x4000 configuration).
