Public bug reported: alx driver does not correctly restart the ethernet upon waking up. The bug (new behavior) has been introduced somewhere in the 5.10 kernel series (indirectly?) and got fixed for 5.12 and 5.13. However, no backport for 5.11 (Ubuntu 21.04) exists.
