Title:
Focal update: 5.10.66 upstream stable release

Status in linux-oem-5.10 package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in linux-oem-5.10 source package in Focal:
  Fix Released

Bug description:

  SRU Justification

  Impact:
The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
by originating either directly from a mainline/stable Linux tree or
a minimally backported form of that patch. The following upstream
stable patches should be included in the Ubuntu kernel:

 5.10.66 upstream stable release
 from git://git.kernel.org/

  Linux 5.10.66
Revert "time: Handle negative seconds correctly in timespec64_to_ns()"
Revert "posix-cpu-timers: Force next expiration recalc after itimer reset"
Revert "block: nbd: add sanity check for first_minor"
Revert "Bluetooth: Move shutdown callback before flushing tx and rx queue"
