UPDATE: 3 hours running windows 10 -> no problem. 2 hours running Ubuntu 20.04.2 -> No problem 40 minutes running Ubuntu 20.04.3 -> Start crashing. Id think is not a Hardware problem. Update: 4 hours running Ubuntu 20.04.3 with monitor On, but not using it (using only the notebook display) not crashing at all.
