Title:
  Jammy/linux-azure: CONFIG_BLK_DEV_FD=n

Status in linux-azure package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in linux-azure source package in Jammy:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  SRU Justification

  [Impact]

CONFIG_BLK_DEV_FD should be disabled, consistent with Focal and Impish
kernel configurations. this config is also considered a security risk
  on cloud platforms.

  [Test Case]

Look for floppy.ko in either of the modules packages.

  [Where things could go wrong]

There should be no regression due to the removal of this module.

  [Other Info]
