Title:
Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS doesn't wake up/hang after suspend

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Whenever the laptop suspends (by closing lid or just automatic suspend
after certain amount of time} i cannot wake it up.

The lights of capslock / numlock indicate laptop is on but the laptop does
not respond to keystrokes and power button clicks.
As a result, I always have to hold the power button to shut it down and then
power it up again.

  System:
  Hardware: HUAWEI MateBook D16 (RLEF-XX)
  OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
  Processor: 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-12450H × 12
Graphics: Mesa Intel® Graphics (ADL GT2)
  Memory: 16GB
  Disk Capasity: 512.1GB

  Extra info:
  - I've tried Ubuntu 22.10, Fedora, This problem exists on all of them
  - It doesn't happen on Windows.

- So, for couple of days I have read some documentation about systemd-
sleep and changed (AllowSuspend=yes) (SuspendState=freeze mem)
parameters in /etc/systemd/sleep.conf file. Now it seems working fine.

- Hope that gets fixed in future updates

Thanks
