It's worth to note that IA-64 [1] is not x86-64 [2].

IA-64 is the Itanium ISA. Is there still anyone using this? :)

Although it states IA-64, the concept is pretty much the same if you are
looking for IA-32, excellent book, definitely recommend it! :)
