My fstab: # file system mount point type options dump pass proc/proc procnodev,noexec,nosuid 0 0 # / was on /dev/sda1 during installation UUID=187122e0-ad4a-4b27-8ec3-bb9217f162d0 / ext4 errors=remount-ro 0 1 # swap was on /dev/sda5 during installation #UUID=d1313f27-8580-490e-bec3-55ac44d64f0e noneswapsw 0 0 /dev/mapper/cryptswap1 none swap sw 0 0 ecryptfs should be the problem. Let me get this right: you have 2 distros? On one (ubuntu) you have swap and on other (lubuntu) not?
