Hi Bastian, You should probably report it as an issue on https://gitlab.com/kicad/code/kicad/-/issues There you can also add a screenshot to help explain what you are seeing. Remember to add the version information. Hi Placing a new IC component on the schematic moves the designator and component name ontop in the center. Always colliding with VCC pins. Running autoplace puts the values below the component colliding with GND pins. The components come with a point where the designator and name can be placed without interfering with pins. But it is never put there. Is this something I can have a look at or is somebody already working on that?
