Yes, I know about it and I use it when importing Bind zones. Nevertheless when such zone is imported, Knot zone format has a TTL value per each record, which requires some effort when modifying TTL for all the records. And, as you have mentioned, you can not override records that already have a TTL value defined. Having such feature may be useful in certain situations. Hi Aleš, There is no simple way for such a global change of TTL. It's an interesting feature request :-) We will consider how, if ever, to implement it. By the way, Knot supports the same $TTL directive as Bind does, but it affects only those records which don't have TTL value specified! [knot-dns-users] knotc - zone records TTL change
Hi everybody, Is there a way how to change TTL of all zone records at once using knotc? I.e. without editing the zone file manually. Something what I can do using $TTL directive in Bind9 zone files? If not I would like to ask for implementing if possible. Thanks Regards Ales Rygl ___ knot-dns-users mailing list knot-dns-users@lists.nic.cz https://lists.nic.cz/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/knot-dns-users
