Thanks Hugo, have now double-checked the branch names and the item types
match (BK became BKS!) and now the records seem to have the items attached.
Still no search results from the OPAC but it's a start! Thanks for your

have you checked that library code in 952 a and b is the same library code
that is configured in Koha.. and that library code doesn't include
hyphens... it is a nonsene but we faced a problem with that ;)

Hello
I've just tried to import a couple of batches of items but they haven't
imported.
I've created MARC records with MarcEdit. I staged them for import.
I looked for existing records based on ISBN (020$a) and Ignore incoming
record if matching biblio found).
I chose Yes to check for embedded items.
I selected Always add items.
Clicked on stage for import.
The message was:
29 records in file
0 records not staged ...
29 records staged
29 records with at least one match ...
29 item records found and staged
Clicked on Manage Staged Records
All 29 items were auto_matched
I clicked on Import this batch into the catalog
The message was Completed import of records
Number of records added 0
Number of records updated 0
Number of records ignored 29
Number of items added 29
Number of items ignored 0
Now normally when I do this there is a delay of a few minutes before the
items are visibile in the catalogue, but these 29 items aren't showing at
all.
When I look at the record for an item it doesn't show the items that I
just
imported.
I've done this procedure many times, and it has always worked. Any ideas
on
what may have gone wrong?

[Koha] setting up predue notices
Hi there, 1. Can anyone help me please to set up notices warning borrowers that items are nearly due. I see a predue notice in the notices list but can't find how to set up when it goes out. 2. Also, I would like to know how to insert the due date into this notice and the overdue notices. It does not appear in the list of fields available. I have scoured the manual but have not been able to find either item. What am I doing wrong? The only time I have seen this issue is when something gets deleted or a record gets corrupted for a biblio that turns up on the 1st page of results for the failing search. A full reindex of zebra has always cleared these type of issues up for us.
