We'll be back soon! [Koha] restriction period for several overdues
Hello everybody, We've noticed that when checking in some items with overdues Koha only takes the first item checked in to apply the restriction period to that borrower. We check in an overdue item, and then automatically Koha sets a restriction period to the patron. If you immediately do the same process with another overdue item for the same patron, it doesn't update the patron restriction period, which remains with the same number of days than before. Is there any system preference that controls this behavior? Are we doing something wrong or is this a bug we should report to the Koha community? Thank you in advance. Carolina Andreu Dpto.
