Re: [Koha] Hotkeys in the staff interface

2015-08-10 Thread Tim McMahon
Just a follow-up. I tried oldstable packages and the keyboard shortcuts
worked fine. I still can't figure out why they don't work for me in
stable. It looks to me like the patch in
http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=11035 has
already been applied. When I checked the Equinox test site running the
same version it worked fine.

I've been testing a version 3.20.01 package install on Debian 8 and I'm
having problems with the hotkeys on the intranet interface. I'm used to
Check out=U, Check in=R and Search the catalog=Q, but I'm getting Check
out=R, Check in-Q and Search the catalog=U on circulation_home.pl.

On mainpage.pl, I'm getting Check out=R, Search patrons-Q and Search the
catalog=U.

Has anyone else had this problem? I've tested on Linux Mint 17.1 with
Firefox 39.0 and Chromium 43.0.2357.130 and Windows 8.1 with Firefox 39.0.

Re: [Koha] Add new field to Bibliographic Framework

2015-08-10 Thread Sergio Scotto
Hi Katrin!
I had the tab in ignore, I have the Koha in spanish and the traduction is
not very good so I didn't understand what was that combo doing.

My mistake about the field 952 I put the new field on the 912 not 952.

Thx very much :D!

Hi Sergio,

I can think of 2 things that might be the reason: make sure that you set
the check boxes for visibility (editor especially). You also need to
make sure the tab to show them in is not set to ignore. Be careful
about 952 - it should be there by default actually and is used for item
information in MARC21. So it should not show up in your bibliographic
record, but only in the form for adding and editing items.

Hope this helps,

Katrin

 Hi!, i am having an issue, i just add a new field (952 and 021) to a
 Bibliographic Framework, but when i try to add a bibliographic record that
 field is not shown. I have also set the subfields, it's a repeatable
field,
 not mandatory.

 Do I have to do something more than adding field + subfields?

 Thx!
 Sergio Scotto
