it looks like the message and the term PIN has been added with jQuery. 
Take a look at your OpacUserJs system preference:

[Koha] Error in Acquisition Model

Respected Sir

  I have face the folowing  problem when I have using the
Acquisition Moudle or active the UseACQFrameworkForBiblioRecords
(Acquisition Preference). And I have start the New entry through the
acquisition I have display the following software error :

Software error:

Template process failed: file error - options_for_itemtypes: not found at
/usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Templates.pm line 122.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([no address given]), giving
this error message and the time and date of the error. 

  I have request to all of you please guide us to solve the
above problem.  I have use the lates KOHA Version 18.05.00.000

[Koha] Koha Emails

Hi All,
I was using Koha to send Emails at check-in/checkout and claims section. It was 
working fine till yesterday. But today it is not sending emails and it is also 
not showing message “email sent to vendor” in claims section. What might have 
happened and how can I correct this now? Can anyone help?

I Checked and it is showing too many login attempts in log that’s why google 
server has blocked emails from this account. In Gmail account, it is showing 
too many random emails on invalid accounts. But I haven’t sent these through 
Koha or anything. Is it possible that koha sent these emails automatically??

In which field did you catalog the title?

Are you working with the standard framework or have you changed/created

always block such automated emails after some time as per my observation.

This is not a Koha problem. Do you use DKIM and SPF? If so you can 
*perhaps* contact gmail for a solution. See 
, specifically 
"authentication domain".


In a nutshell, email deliverability to gmail is getting very complicated 
-- they handle billions of pieces of email/day, and (since at least 
2015) have radical protection/rejection practices after even the most 
minor "sniff" of UBE -- and this could well not be *you* but some other 
user in a bigger block of IP space that has a bad reputation.


Your logs show "(delivery temporarily suspended: connect to 
smtp.gmail.com[74.125.24.109]:587: Connection timed out)" which looks 
like tar-pitting. Unless you have an experienced email technician on 
staff, you could have problems. Once your (or whoever owns your block of 
IP space) "reputation" is hurt, it's not easy to get delisted.

Hm, that's different to what I thought initially. I am not sure what's
going wrong.

In which field did you catalog the title?

*We are entering in MARC filed 245a*

Are you working with the standard framework or have you changed/created
your own frameworks?

*We tried in both i e Default Frame Work and our own Framework - Both the
places it is not working.*

Does your record contain a correct LDR with the correct encoding setting?

*Can you please **through** some more light on above question.*

[Koha] Label Creator

Hi All,
I am trying to create label from koha label creator and quick spine label. But 
when  I download it in pdf(using label creator), it doesn’t open any file and 
shows message “ couldn’t open pdf” . And when I create it from quick spine 
label, it asks me barcode and then shows a page to print but the page has no 
label on it and is empty. What might be the issue?

There is chances of attack/spam through your Koha server, however gmail always 
block such automated emails after some time as per my observation.

1. Please verify firewall is enabled or disabled for your machine's IP address.
2. Next, You could check for "mail log"  to the know exact status.
