can you explain what you mean by 'ignored'? What was your workflow when
you imported/staged the records before and which status does Koha show
for them now?

Hi Jon,

yes, you can :) Check the 'Include archived' checkbox in the 'Suggestion
information' filter tab on the suggestions page. Then add any other
filters you want. The archived suggestions will then be found and you
can use the 'Unarchive' action from the Actions menu.

Can you log in as admin?  If you cant, go to administration and type 
autolocation in the search form for global system preferences.  Setting 
that to no should let you in. You might also want to check libraries in 
the basic parameters section just under that search box.  There is a 
place to enter the IP address of you library and it could be wrong.
