Re: [Koha] One biblio record not visible in staff interface or OPAC

2023-05-29 Thread libr...@ssst.edu.ba
Thank you David, I either haven't been able to find it or have overlooked it in
my search. Learning both linux and Koha has proven to be a lot more difficult
than I was hoping it would be. I've decided to uninstall Koha from the work
server and try the setup and cataloging a few records again to see where I'm
making a mistake and not geting results when I click on the authors.

Best regards

Aida Đikić

In full disclosure, Aida, this task is not one that I've ever needed to do. But
research is fun, and I like to learn new things. According to a few searches
through the list, my attention was brought firstly to the use of 'koha-shell'
for such things and secondly to the following command to run this particular
script:

$ sudo koha-shell -c '/usr/share/koha/bin/batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl
-c' your_koha_name

See https://lists.katipo.co.nz/public/koha/2021-July/056491.html for the
relevant thread. If someone else out there knows better, then please give Aida
the better tip!

Re: [Koha] Koha 22.11.5v Fine amount did not Calculate

2023-05-29 Thread Katrin Fischer

Hi,

the error you posted looks like it's from the overdues.pl script. It
complains about a missing letter ODUE. So you might want to check your
notices and overdue notice triggers. But this won't affect fine calculation.

Fines are calculated independently of the letters via the fines.pl cronjob.

If you run fines.pl, is there any error?

Fines not calculating can have a lot of reasons. Are you using a
CurrencyFormat other than US?

Hope this helps,

Katrin

Re: [Koha] Fwd: Koha 22.11.05 released

I have updated with the packages, it's now on 22.11.06-3

It only fails if there are pending fines, I removed the pending fines,
and it shows the page.  But that page is only for showing overdues.  Do
you have overdues in your test system?

Re: [Koha] Background job / Staging MARC import stuck at 0%

Michael,

Did you ever have any luck resolving this?

I'm having a similar issue in which my imports get stuck at 0% on the
staging step. I, too, seem to have a functioning RabbitMQ, and none of the
suggestions I saw in this thread seemed to make a difference.

I'm now on v22.11.06-3, and updating hasn't seemed to make any difference,
either.
