[Koha] How to install and integrate PazPar2 for Koha 3.14

Hi,

I would like to install PazPar2 for Koha 3.14 but I cannot find any
instructions to do so.  Can some one provide me with some instructions or
point me in the right direction?  I am running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
