[Koha] Barcode error

[regina kivuyo]

hello

when staff put the item in the koha through catologue it gives the  error
message , barcode error , i opted to use accession number as barcode so as
to avoid duplicate of data in the system

 but when i search in the database i will found the item with the
callnumber , but when i try to search using callnumber or accession number
(barcode) in normal way in koha  i will not see  the item

when i request koha through web it give the error

i  successful installed version 3.18 in ubuntu 12.04 ,when i ran  sudo -u
koha misc/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl -b -r -v without data in
database it work well ,but
i import data
when i ran sudo -u koha misc/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl -b -r -v

it will give me this error :

how to solve the error

i don't no what is the problem
 know i am planning to install from git

i have the problem in ubuntu upgrade when trying to install koha, i have
the problem in koha because i cannot seach any information from system , i
have already to use both ubuntu 12.04 and the ubuntu 14.04 but the problem
both of it is upgrade by sudo apt-get upgrade
when i upgrade it give the

Koha wants something like:

You have:

Looks bad, check INSTALL.* documentation.
