[Koha] Add single patron in multiple libraries

Hi Vimal, The answer is No as of now. A patron is tied to the homebranch of the patron. I think if it is a case of many instance than it is possible, but if it is a case of branch library in a single instance than its not possible with same card number, it is a case similar to having same accession/barcode number for many libraries which can't be entered again.
