I think I was able to experience this. Did you import your previous mysql database into 3.8? try dropping the koha 3.8 database then import the previous mysql database into koha 3.8 database then go to koha admin (192.xxx.x.xxx:8080 in my case) and you will be presented with koha installer just click next as what you see fits your library. Hi Sorry there was some problem with my mailbox so i didnt recieve your email last day. I have tried running this utility using --run it updates all the records and then i ran rebuild_zebra.pl -b -r as was suggested in remove_items_from_biblioitems.pl script but my issue is not resolved. Just to confirm you ran the remove items from biblioitems script right? Not just rebuild zebra, but both of them? what i did with a problem like this (no available item, but indeed there were) was dropped the koha database (either the original database or previously imported database), import my koha database into the present koha installation. Point to your koha admin in the web browser, and koha webinstaller will let you through until you go to database check and koha webinstaller will fix it. Now rebuild your zebra index. Respected All I am using koha ver 3.09.00.017. Just imported the data into catalogue and index the same with nozebra I am getting the search of all records in OPAC but Koha is showing Availability : No Items available and for every records showing 7 holdings. While we search for titles under OPAC we get the search results but under each search result, Koha reports Availability: No items available even though we have not yet started circulation.
