[Koha] DisplayClearScreenButton not appearing after enabling it

Hi

 

I have enabled DisplayClearScreenButton. However, I cannot seem to locate
it.  Where should the button be. I am running Koha 3.16.4

It appears on the circulation page when you are checking out to a
patron. See the screenshot here:

The X in the Checking out to... box is the button to clear the screen.
