[Koha] Field 088 - 099 ?

Hi, I was wondering, how to use fields 088 - 099? If I edit the MARC-structure, I can see the fiels 088, 090, 092, 094, 096, 098 and 099. But if I view, add or edit a biblio record, these fields are not available. What is the reason for this?
