Dear Vimal,
If you are on the Details option of the patron records in Circulation/Patron
Module. Then fine will not be displayed on in the fine slab the fine will be
displayed.
If you want to displayed the Detail page then it is a customisation so
that .pl file pick the fine field from the database rather than charges fee.

Hi Vimal,
if I am not mistaken the charge column is referring to the rental charge you
can configure in the circulation rules and not the fine amount for overdues.
Could that explain what you see?
