Do I have to create each page according to bootstrap or is there some default pages ? You don't have to create anything manually. The easiest way to install Koha on Ubuntu is using packages. Did you install from the tarball? Thank you Owen, I had koha-common and everything from http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_ubuntu_-_packages but I have just .tt pages in the templates directory. I'm new to Koha. Have you done the web part of the installation at all or have you never seen anything at the staff client address?
