[Koha] Not able to close the leave a message box in Koha 17.05

Dear Friends,
I just upgraded to Koha 17.05 via Ubuntu packages successfully.
When entering into patron account for check out, a message box appears and
not able to close it.

Please see the screenshot.

Due to the message box, difficult to do circulation transactions.
may I know how to disable the message box?
