[Koha] Open Koha Z39.50 sources

Hello Koha,

I was looking over our Z39.50 sources and noticing that most/all of our
records were coming from consortia on proprietary systems and I thought it
might be nice if we gave more to/got more from the Koha community.

I started a page on the Wiki with our info and it is open for anyone else
to contribute.
