Hello all, MassCat is looking at doing some development to Koha to allow for text messaging of notices without the need for a third party vendor to manage the messaging. ByWater is currently working up specifications for this project. It looks like the cost will be in the $5,000-$6,000 range. Anyone interested in working with us on this and sharing the cost?
