As far as I can see, these parameters are not passed any more to the script via
URL. (Not in spent.tt and parcel.tt)
So these lines are dead code too..

As far as I know, the t/db_dependent/lib/KohaTest.pm is a deprecated test unit. But I do not see any harm in pushing this patch. It will not break anything if you do not use it. It needs more documentation but that was mentioned already. The patch also modifies C4::Members::IssueSlip to use output_pref rather than format_date. The patch also modifies C4::Members::IssueSlip to use output_pref rather than format_date. Engard --- I looked at this today and it's not just a visualization bug, but a bug in the way it works - or if it's how it works it's confusing. Basically if I have a BK fund that has $10,000 in it and then I break the fund in to multiple children funds say Fiction which is $1,000 and Non fiction which is $500 - the assumption is that the child funds are part of the whole - so I have 10,000 to spend on books and $500 of that can be spent on non fiction. The way the data breaks down though it does not subtract the money I spend on non fiction from the books fund.
