Bug 16033 - Quotes upload preview broken for 973 days

A missing snippet of DataTable configuration means that when you upload
a CSV of quotes to the Quotes of the Day feature the table previewing
your import is not visible. This patch corrects it.

To test, apply the patch and go to Tools -> Quote editor -> Import
quotes.

- Upload a CSV file containing data in two columns, "source","text"
- When your upload completes you should see a DataTable previewing the
  data from your CSV.
- Check that deletion of individual quotes works from the preview.
- Check that quotes are correctly imported.
- Ponder the long 2.66 years during which this page was broken.

displayed endlessly. A JS error is visible:

Bug 16019 - Remove unused blue.css

This patch removes blue.css and one image which was used only by
blue.css, css_header.png.

To test, apply the patch and search Koha files for references to
blue.css and css_header.png. There should be none.

* run misc/cronjobs/share_usage_with_koha_community.pl (withiout -q) - "The
UsageStats system preference is not set." message with usage info should be
output

* run misc/cronjobs/share_usage_with_koha_community.pl -q - the output should

Bug 16010: follow-up of 15381 - FIX merge_authorities migration script

Caused by commit 7e70202d34d75f988fbaea9b911347417c203aac
Bug 15381: Remove GetAuthType and GetAuthTypeCode

If you execute perl misc/migration_tools/merge_authority.pl -f 1 -t 2
you will get:
Can't locate object method "authtypecode" via package "1" (perhaps you forgot
to load "1"?)
 at misc/migration_tools/merge_authority.pl line 58.

GetAuthority does not return a Koha::Authority but a MARC::Record:
there is no authtype code method!

Test plan:
perl misc/migration_tools/merge_authority.pl -f X -t Y
Should not return any error.
Note that if the authid X or Y does not exist, the script will die.

I have not included a test plan for this. It cannot be tested without
* an OverDrive account
* return url of
http(s)://your/opac/host/cgi-bin/koha/external/overdrive/auth.pl being
registered with OverDrive

In terms of regression testing, opac-user.tt has an additional tab that is
visible only when OverDriveCirculation syspref is set to yes, so it should
possibly be given just a quick check.

If someone with an OverDrive account wants to have a go, please let me know and
I will either email instructions or add them here.

2) Go to the basket groups of a vendor (ie basketgroup.pl)
3) Confirm that for OPEN basket groups, all actions ('Close basket group and
print' (NOTICE changed wording for clarity), 'Edit' and 'Delete') are in drop
down and behave as expected
4) Confirm that for CLOSED basket groups, all actions ('View', 'Reopen',
'Print' and 'Export as CSV') are in drop down and behave as expected

Actually before I make that change, the search heading will never show if there
is only one result. It will just show the one vendor.
Therefore, it doesn't need the s in brackets because that heading will only
show if there is more than one result.
So I'll take the brackets out.

EDIT: Switching icons for Export and Import. What I had initially was what I
intended because export is like downloading and import is like upload, but it
seems to make more sense reversed.
EDIT2: Fixing Import problem

To test:

1) Go to Administration -> MARC bibliographic framework
(admin/biblio_framework.pl)
2) Confirm that all actions have now been moved into drop down menus.
  a) For Default framework, actions available are 'MARC structure', 'Export'
and 'Import'.
  b) Confirm these buttons all work as expected.
  c) For all other frameworks, actions available are 'MARC structure', 'Edit',
'Delete', 'Export' and 'Import'.
  d) Confirm these buttons all work as expected.

more than one file type selection

The MARC bibliographic framework Export is misbehaving for Default framework
only
1) File will always export as an .ods file regardless of what file type you
have selected
2) The first time that you click the Export button and choose a different file
type other than CSV then click Cancel will be fine. Then, without refreshing
the page, click Export for the same framework again and notice CSV radio
selection is checked and stays checked when you select other file types. (See
screenshot)

Bug 15992: Renaming 'Operations' column heading to 'Actions'

to be consistent with other Administration tables
These actions were already made into buttons so will just make this small
string change

To test:

1) Go to Admin -> Item search fields
2) Confirm column heading now reads 'Actions'

Bug 15966: Move MARC frameworks actions into a drop down menu

EDIT: Switching icons for Export and Import. What I had initially was what I
intended because export is like downloading and import is like upload, but it
seems to make more sense reversed.

To test:

1) Go to Administration -> MARC bibliographic framework
(admin/biblio_framework.pl)
2) Confirm that all actions have now been moved into drop down menus.
  a) For Default framework, actions available are 'MARC structure', 'Export'
and 'Import'.
  b) Confirm these buttons all work as expected.
  c) For all other frameworks, actions available are 'MARC structure', 'Edit',
'Delete', 'Export' and 'Import'.
  d) Confirm these buttons all work as expected.

[SIGNED-OFF] Bug 16031: sitemap.pl shouldn't append protocol to OPACBaseURL

Since bug 5010 was pushed, OPACBaseURL already contains the protocol. The
sitemap.pl script was written before this was pushed, and thus still
concatenates
http:// in front of OPACBaseURL.

This patch removes this behaviour.

To test:
- Have OPACBaseURL set to (say) http://myopac.com
- Run the sitemap.pl script without specifying the --url param
=> FAIL: Notice URLs look like http://http://myopac.com/bib... in the sitemap
files.
- Apply the patch
- Run the sitemap.pl script without specifying the --url param
=> SUCCESS: Notice URLs look correctly like http://myopac.com/bib...
- Sign off :-D

Bug 16033 - Quotes upload preview broken for 973 days

A missing snippet of DataTable configuration means that when you upload
a CSV of quotes to the Quotes of the Day feature the table previewing
your import is not visible. This patch corrects it.

To test, apply the patch and go to Tools -> Quote editor -> Import
quotes.

- Upload a CSV file containing data in two columns, "source","text"
- When your upload completes you should see a DataTable previewing the
  data from your CSV.
- Check that deletion of individual quotes works from the preview.
- Check that quotes are correctly imported.
- Ponder the long 2.66 years during which this page was broken.

If I enable search results XSLT processing, the same test causes 2706
preference() calls and 102 different preferences being fetched.. So, this patch
set in its current form, in that particular scenario, will "cost" us at least
an extra 200-250 msec for the default Cache::Memory caching system and ~100
msec for memcached.

BTW: those usec/msec values I posted in this bug report are for tests performed
on (still, relativelly) fast server (i7-3770 + 32GB RAM).

BTW #2: Bug 15263 looks like a very good start for remeding excessive
preference() calls involved in search results XSLT processing - but I bet that
it is not the only scenario when a lot of excessive preference() calls happens
in Koha.

In my follow-up patch to Bug 10558 I made some changes to the way DataTables
displayed which broke the preview of quotes uploaded to the Quote of the Day
manager. 2 years, 7 months, and 28 days later I have returned to fix it.

Bug 16032 - Use Font Awesome icon in "note" styled divs

Several pages use  to display important information
about the functionality on the page. The style of this div can be
modified to use Font Awesome, eliminating an image file.

To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary.

- Go to Administration -> Authorized values.
- Confirm that the "NOTE" box is styled correctly.
- Edit an existing authorized value.
- Confirm that the "NOTE" box is styled correctly.

- Go to Tools -> Batch record deletion.
- Submit a batch of biblionumbers.
- Confirm that the "Reminder" box is styled correctly.
- Go back and submit a batch of authority numbers.
- Confirm that the "Reminder" box is styled correctly.

- Go to Tools -> Batch record modification.
- Submit a batch of biblionumbers.
- Confirm that the "Reminder" box is styled correctly.
- Go back and submit a batch of authority numbers.
- Confirm that the "Reminder" box is styled correctly.

- Check that there are no other references to "note.png" in the
  templates.
