Bug 16120: Making 'Edit' on patron search a button

To test:
1) Go to Patrons and do a search that will bring up more than one result
2) Confirm 'Edit' now shows as a font awesome button and works as expected

Bug 15932: Moving Authorities actions into a drop-down menu

No, I must admit. In my  defence this one came out before it. On the bright
side, 16044 covers my first patch, so once 16044 gets accepted, I will just
drop the first patch. You may wish to block this bug, but I sincerely doubt
that this will move before 16044 and cause trouble.
Or alternatively I can make it dependant on that patch, but not sure how
"final" it is, ie how heated is the discussion.

It would be great (and innovative) if Koha had the ability to place a request
on a group of bibs.  The concept is that you have a title in multiple formats. 
The patron doesn't care if they get the regular book, large type, or audio. 
But these items may be filed in separate bibs.  Or maybe there are different
editions or prints, and they don't care which they get first.  Right now, if
you place a hold on these different items, you'll likely get an item from
several bibs before you can delete the others.

What if the request could be on a group of bibs, and when an item from any of
those bibs fills the request, the request goes away?

Bug 15534 - Add the ability to prevent a patron from placing a hold on a record
with available items

Some libraries would like to prevent patrons from placing holds on
items where there are other items available for the patron to
check out.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Browse to the circulation rules
4) Note the new option for "On shelf holds allowed"
5) Set the rule to "If all unavailable", set "item level holds" to allow
6) Find a patron/branch/itemtype applicable to this rule
7) Ensure at least one item on the record is available for the
   patron to check out
   8) Attempt to place a hold for the item
   9) Note you cannot place the hold
   10) Check the available item out to another patron
   11) Note you can now place a hold for the first patron

Ah some note: I wonder about the change to the not for loan status that is
built in here. Wouldn't a 'not for loan' itemtype have the same effect? The
only difference I can think of is that the nfl in the item gives you the option
of having a custom nfl status text.

The subscription form behaviour looks good, although it would be nice if the
new settings appeared on the subscription detail page. Location and Call number
are also missing, so this could be handled separately.

But I have a problem on receiving serial items with and without this patch that
stops me from testing this further - see bug 16118.

When receiving a serial issue with 'add item on receive' checked in the
subscription, the item form should appear when switching from 'Expected' to
'Arrived'. Instead I get a JavaScript error in Firebug:

13624 is already pushed to master, just wait for this to pass QA and then get
pushed. I don't think there is a need to touch 13624 at all. I'm sure a QA
person can comment more authoritatively. :)

On any circ screen where a barcode could be scanned (circ.pl, checkin.pl,

I noticed in 3.20, but also in master, that you can't change the next
issue publication date when editing a serial subscription anymore.

And, that we lost a feature I liked when receiving a new issue. Before 3.20,
when receiving a new issue, you could change the "Published on" date and
Koha will adjust the subscription's next issue publication date for all
the new issues to be received.

Test plan :

1. In Cataloging > New with Z39.50, look for issn = 1536-6596 (National
Geographic) into the LCC z39.60 server. Add the record.

2. Add a new subscription for National Geographic. Fill-in the form.
- use the default values of the first page
- for the second page :
First issue publication date = 10/01/2016
Frequency = 1/month
Subscription lenght = 12 issues
Subscription start date = 01/01/2016
Numbering pattern = Number
Begins with = 1
- Save

3. Receive the first issue. Change the status to "received". Note that the
"Published on" date = 10/01/2016. This date goes to the "Date published" column
in the serial collection page.

4. The second issue is generated. Edit serial to receive the issue.

5. Change the "Published on" date to 11/02/2016. Change the status to
"received". Save.

6. "Date published" for the next issue generated is : 10/03/2016. Before 3.20,
it would have been "11/03/2016". It was a shortcut to change the Next issue
publication date from the subscription.

7. Edit the subscription. Change the "Next issue publication date" to :
11/03/2016. 

8. Go back to the serial collection page. Date published for the last expected
issue = 11/03/2016

9. Receive the issue. Change the status to "received". Save

10. The next issue generated is 10/04/2016. It should have been 11/04/2016.

Bug 16007: Adding back column 'letternumber' to table
'overduerules_transport_types'

Bug 13624 definitely broke the master by removing the column
`overduerules_transport_type`.`letternumber` from kohastructure.sql.
This patch aims to fix the problem by adding the column back on systems which
had their 'letternumber' removed.

Bug 16007: Adding back column 'letternumber' to table
'overduerules_transport_types'

Bug 13624 definitely broke the master by removing the column
`overduerules_transport_type`.`letternumber` from kohastructure.sql.
This patch aims to fix the problem by adding the column back on systems which
had their 'letternumber' removed.

In the template for the item search page there is this at line 290:

[% notforloans.json %] appears to be undefined, whether the search form has
been submitted or not. Viewing source shows this:

...and the Firebug console reports this error:

That's a much cleaner, less db-dependent way of doing it.

I obsoleted my last patch and made a new one. Reviews are welcomed, as always.

If I ever fix the patch in 13624, should I post it back there again, somewhere
here on this bug, or should we open a new tracker?

types -> Edit -> Translate into other languages), the item type description is

Bug 16111 - RSS feed for OPAC search results has wrong content type

This patch fixing handling of OPAC search results feeds by correcting
parameters passed to the script and making format checks consistent in
the script.

This patch also removes altogether references to a separate "atom"
formatted feed, because the template for that feed displays no content
(and never has).

To test, apply the patch and perform a search in the OPAC.

- Click the RSS link and confirm that the browser displays a feed with
  no errors. In Chrome the feed should display a "document tree" view.
- Using the browser's developer console, verify that the content-type of
  the document is defined as "text/xml."
- Validate the resulting feed at https://validator.w3.org/feed/ and
  confirm that it is valid.

Bug 16040: Update fnReloadAjax DT plugin to fix quotes deletion

When deleting quotes, the table is not regenerated and a JS error is
raised.
That is because we are not using an up-to-date plugin

Test plan:
Delete a quote and confirm you do not get a JS error

Works as expected.

1)  Create invoices on the account.
2)  Use 'Pay selected' to pay off one line using the correct money.

Outcome:  Works as expected.

The only thing that doesn't work correctly is overpaying on a single line.  

For instance, a patron owes £3 on one line and £4 on another line.  They
dispute the £4 line, but they're happy to pay the £3 line.  They use a £5  note
to pay the £3 line, and expect £2 change. 

9)  Create invoices on the account
10)  Use ''Pay selected' to overpay a single line.

Outcome:  You must pay a value less than or equal to 3.00

If you attempt again, the error message will start to count all of the lines: 
You must pay a value less than or equal to 7.00

...and then paying again will cause the whole 5.00 to be taken (£3 off one
line, and £2 partial payment of the £4 line).

Again, I think this patch resolves the 'pay selected' issue that was initially
reported.  

Would we consider the overpayment of a single line problem as a separate issue?

I don't understand, are you trying to edit a patron using the Koha interface or
the mysql cli?
If you want to insert/update a patron using the mysql cli, you need to specify
guarantorid=NULL

Bug 16040: Update fnReloadAjax DT plugin to fix quotes deletion

When deleting quotes, the table is not regenerated and a JS error is
raised.
That is because we are not using an up-to-date plugin

Test plan:
Delete a quote and confirm you do not get a JS error

Bug 14582 - OPAC detail shows an unuseful link to "add tag" when user is not
logged in

This patch rearranges some parts of the OPAC detail page template so
that the "add tag" link does not appear if the user is not logged in.

This patch also includes some whitespace changes, so please diff
accordingly.

To test, apply the patch and set "TagsEnabled" to "Allow."

- With "TagsInputOnDetail" set to "Allow," view the detail page for a
  bibliographic record in the OPAC when /not/ logged in. You should see
  a "Log in to add tags" link which triggers the login modal when
  clicked.

- Log in and view the same page. Confirm that there is now an "Add
  tag(s)" link which triggers the add tags form. Confirm that the
  behavior of the add tags form is still correct.

- With "TagsInputOnDetail" set to "Don't allow" view the detail page
  again and verify that the "Log in to add tags" link doesn't appear
  when not logged in, and the "Add tags" link doesn't appear when logged
  in.

Bug 16056: [ALT] Do not crash when searching for an authority if zebra's index
is not up-to-date

This patch fixes a regression introduced by
commit 7e70202d34d75f988fbaea9b911347417c203aac
  Bug 15381: Remove GetAuthType and GetAuthTypeCode

This second version will change the original behavior: If an authority
record is still indexed by zebra but not in the DB, it won't be
displayed.

Test plan:
Search for authorities
delete one
The results won't contain the record you have deleted.

15381: the record will be displayed even if it's no in the DB

Test plan:

The zebra's index is not updated yet and the results will contain the
