Added and attached tests for the method C4::Serial->updateClaim(). 

Serials/claims.pl now updates the serial status and claim count similarly when
exporting to csv or sending a notification - as described in the test plan.

Bug 16507: Show play media tab first if record has no holdings

EDIT: Same fix for OPAC side

To test:
1) Go to Admin -> Global sysprefs
2) Turn on HTML5MediaEnabled and HTML5MediaYouTube
3) Go to Cataloging and create a new record
4) Catalogue a YouTube link in 856$u and save record. Do not add any items
(click Normal tab)
5) Confirm that Play media tab shows first

6) Go to OPAC side and look at same record
7) Confirm that Play media tab shows first

8) Go back to staff side, add an item then go back to Normal tab
9) Confirm that Holdings tab now shows first and Play media tab is last

10) Go to OPAC side, confirm that Holdings tab now shows first and Play media
tab is last

[SIGNED-OFF] Bug 16336 [Revised] UX of holds patron search with long lists of
results

Bug 15793 made a change to an interface which is also found in the place
hold template. This patch creates a new include file to be used by both
circulation.tt and request.tt so that these pages do not diverge.

In the process, this patch removes some markup and JavaScript which was
made obsolete by Bug 15793 and should have been removed.

This patch also revises the sorting of the results table so that the
patron name is sortable (Bug 16334) and the default sort is on card
number (matching 3.20.x and 3.22.x).

To test:

In Circulation:
- Perform a search by name for a patron which will
  return multiple search results.
- The table of results which displays should look correct and work
  correctly, including DataTables sorting.
- Clicking any table row should forward you to the checkout page for
  that patron.

In the catalog:
- Locate and place a hold on a title.
- When prompted to select a patron to place the hold for, perform a
  search by name which will return multiple results.
- Confirm that the table of patron results looks correct and works
  correctly.
- Clicking any table row should forward you to the place hold page for
  that patron and the title you selected.

Revision: Although the table row was clickable, you couldn't
middle-click it to open the link in a new tab. The patron name is now a
real link you can middle-click or right-click. The row is still
clickable as well.

Bug 16531: Circ overdue report is showing an empty table if no overdues

EDIT: Comment 2

To test:
1) Ensure you have no items overdue
2) Go to Circ -> Circulation reports -> Overdues
3) Notice empty table, '0 items overdue' heading
4) Apply patch and refresh page
5) Notice empty table is no longer showing and page says "There are no
overdues"
6) Apply a filter to search
7) Page now says "There are no overdues matching your search" with a link to
reset filter.
8) Click Reset filter -> confirm any filters you applied are cleared.
9) Check out an item to a member, ensure due date is a date that has passed
(i.e. yesterday)
10) Refresh overdue report page
11) Confirm table now shows correctly with '1 items overdue' heading etc.

Bug 16573: fix linkid value on marc_subfield_structure

followup to previous patch.

This patch fixes linkid value. It was set to '', but
declared as tinyint.
Mysql < 5.7 replaced this with nearest right value, i.e 0
Mysql 5.7 gives error here.

Also some normalization, all lines with data begins with two tabs

To test:
On top of Bug 16572 and previous patch

1) Run webinstaller
2) Add mandatory values
3) There must be no problems on MySQL 5.7

Bug 16573: fix structure and sample data for MySQL 5.7

Web install on Ubuntu 16.04/Mysql 5.7 fails.

This patch makes small changes to make installation
possible to kohastructure.sql and some sample files.

Sample values for quotes table can't have '-00-00 ...' values
nor NULL values, now() is perhaps an option.

Depends on Bug 16572

To test:
1) System with MySQL 5.7, for example Ubuntu 16.05
2) Apply 16572
3) Try web install, it fails
4) Apply this and next patch
5) Try again, now it succeed

This is only for English install, i18n files needs revision
I can do that if this is accepted.

Perphaps a change is needed to updatedatabase.pl

Bug 16572: Warnings on load_sql makes web installer fail

Last patch on Bug 13669 redirects all strings to stderr,
warning included. That makes web installer fail.

To test:
Current master (Bug 13669 pushed)
1) Try web installer, it fails
2) Apply this patch, try again,
now succeeds*

* Unless Mysql 5.7, that needs another bug.

I'm not considering this a 'good' solution, just a quick fix.
A better approach is welcomed, just obsolete this patch
and upload a new one, I'll sign :)

Bug 16525: Have cancel button when adding new aq budget

At the moment you only see the cancel button on the form if editing an existing
budget. This patch adds a cancel button to the form which adds a budget. Also
changes the wording of the save button from 'Save changes' to just 'Save' so it
makes more sense when adding a new budget

To test:
1) Go to Admin -> Budgets -> New budget
2) Notice 'Save changes' button and no cancel
3) Apply patch and refresh page
4) Notice 'Save' button and 'cancel' link
5) Click 'cancel' - should be taken to Budgets administration page
6) Edit an existing budget
7) Click 'cancel' - should be taken to the funds page for that budget

Mmm, we have a problem :(

RunSQL prints loads of 'warnings', they are catched and treated as
errors because they go to stderr.

RunSQL have this line

261 } elsif( 0 < $sth->{NUM_OF_FIELDS} ) {

but $sth from execute can have that parameter undef for create/delete,
and that seems to be the case, not an error but a warning.

Now we can't install, even on MySQL < 5.7 !!

Can we revert (in another Bug) to something similar to my error treatment?
Displayed errors where not as fancy, but worked.

Bug 14957: Rule based permission for MARC fields

This patch adds a rule based permission system for MARC field modifications.

Test plan:
1. Apply this patch
2. Apply related database patch
2. Apply related scripts update patch
3. Run updatedatabase.pl
5. Log in to staff client
4. Enable new syspref MARCPermissions
5. You should see a new link "MARC field permissions" in the "Catalog"
   section under "Koha administrtion".
6. Go to the "MARC field permissions" page
7. Next to the page heading ("Manage MARC field permissions") there is a
   button with a question mark, click this for more information about the
   rule system.
8. Add desired rules to the rule table, press the +-button to add.
9. Clicking the pen-icon (edit) should allow you to edit corresponding
rule.
10. Clicking the x-icon should remove corresponding rule after
confirmation.
11. Selecting one or more rules followed by clicking the trash-icon
should remove all selected rules after confirmation.
12. To test your rules, import or in other way modify a record.
13. Check that the record was modified as defined by your rules.

Bug 16499: Remove "Use of uninitialized value" warnings in circulation.pl

If you search for a patron in the circulation module, you get:

Use of uninitialized value $barcode in string eq at
/home/koha/src/circ/circulation.pl line 84.
Use of uninitialized value $restoreduedatespec in string eq at
/home/koha/src/circ/circulation.pl line 170.

Test plan:
- Search for a patron and confirm the warnings are not displayed anymore
- Make sure this patch does not introduce regression on bug 14015

I think the goals of the original patch could still be seen as useful. The
display of cover images could be made more consistent. Since the original patch
author never chose to follow up I think the best thing to do is return this to
"New."

get a message that the item is part of a rotating collection and needs to be
transferred.

Seems still to be an issue.

To reproduce:
- Set syspref autoMemberNum to 'on'
- Open two browser windows/tabs and go in both to 
  Home > Patrons > Add patron
- Verify that in both entry forms the field 'Card number' is 
  populated with the same value
- Save form in browser window 1
=>OK
- Save form in browser window 2
=> Result in window 2: Message "Cardnumber already in use.",
   and the field 'Card number' is pupulated with the next higher number.
   Saving again is then OK

Hi,
I have just finished my tests. The patch works as described.
I'm a little worried because I'm afraid that some of my colleagues forget to
choose a matching rule when they add orders from a batch file. It will be a
regression for them as they have nothing to choose by now to have a
deduplicationw to have a deduplication.

So, I'm wondering if it would be possible to have a default matching rule
selected when we add a orders from a batch file. Or, perhaps it would be better
to keep a deduplication by FindDuplicate when no matching rules is chosen and
to switch to a matching rule if the user choose one.

What do you think about it ?

PS : It's not related to this patch but I have some difficulties to set the
matching rules. In the documentation, there's :
Threshold of 1000
Match Point on 020$a 1000
Match Point on 022$a 1000
In the example above, a match on either the 020$a or the 022$a will result in a
successful match.
When I test this patch, I have to put a number in the match point greater than
the threshold, if I put a number equal to the thershold, there's no
deduplication alert...
And I try to put 2 matchpoints with a result greater to the threshold and if
none of the two is greater than the threshold, there's no deduplication alert.

Bug 16569 - Message box for "too many checked out" is empty if

If the limit for number of items checked out is reached, the message box
shows up but is empty.

Test Plan:
1) Disable AllowTooManyOverride
2) Check out items to a patron until the patron has reached the limit
   of checkouts he or she can have
3) Try to check out one more item
4) Note the empty message box
5) Apply this patch
6) Try to check out one more item again
7) Note the message is now visible

Bug 16568 - Talking Tech generates phone notifications for all overdue actions

Regardless of whether the phone transport has been selected for a given
overdue action or not, the Talking Tech outbound script generates and
sends a line for that action.

Test Plan:
1) Enable Talking Tech
2) Create one or more overdue actions without a phone transport selected
   and one or more with the phone transport selected
3) Generate the overdues csv file to send to Itive
4) Note the csv file has lines for actions that do not have the phone
   transport selected
5) Apply this patch
6) Repeat step 3
7) Note the csv file now only has lines for actions that have the phone
   transport selected

We obviously have another problem here too: Two transfer messages? Shouldn't
the rotating collection transfer message supersede the "normal" one?

Bug 16560: Translatability: Issues with "The entered " in opac-memberentry.tt

This patch fixes two splitted sentences to avoid translation issues:

The entered card number is the wrong length.
The entered card number is already in use.

To test:
Apply patch and verify that html in the 2 that are changed is correct and that
they are not splitted by a-tags.

Note: I could not figure out under which conditions this code displays in
  the OPAC self registration form.
