For non-hourly loans, date due will by -MM-DD 23:59:00
Assuming date format MM/DD/, the date due under the self-checkout should
appear as MM/DD/ 11:59:00 PM (Timeformat: 12 hour) or MM/DD/ 23:59:00
(Timeformat 24H).
Instead it is showing as either
MM/DD/ 12:00 AM (Timeformat: 12 hour)
or MM/DD/ 00:00(Timeformat: 24H)
Steps to reproduce:
1/ Enable WebBasedSelfCheck syspref
2/ Check out an item to User A -- Do not use an hourly loan.
3/ Log in to Koha self check ( {OPAC URL}/cgi-bin/koha/sco/sco-main.pl).
4/ Enter User A's cardnumber.
See that Checkouts are
MM/DD/ 12:00 AM (Timeformat: 12 hour)
or MM/DD/ 00:00(Timeformat: 24H)

Sorry for the confusing comment - what I meant is that storing sessions in the
same memcached server instance which is used as L2 caching system for
everything else (& their dogs) has potential reliability problems (extra fun /
unpredictability involved if the same memcached instance is used by the
multiple tenants) - but it's not the fault of this patch set, more like a side
note.

Bug 15690: CardnumberLength should not be bigger than 16
borrowers.cardnumber is a varchar(16), so CardnumberLength should not
have a max > 16
Test plan:
Test different value in CardnumberLength ("20", "20,30", "40,")
Edit a patron a make sure the text display under the cardnumber input is
correct

This patch adds that feature. The 'Vendor' column is added before the 'Library' column since they appear in that order in Advanced search. Test plan: 0) [PREREQUISITES] In the Staff client, under Acquisitions, create a Vendor and associated Basket if you don't already have them. Then, under Serials, add a new Subscription using the Vendor you've just created. 1) Go to Acquisitions, and under 'Manage orders' search for a vendor, then click on 'Add to basket' and select 'From a subscription'. 2) Click 'Search' on the left hand side to search for all subscriptions. Notice how there is no 'Vendor' column in the results table. 3) Apply the patch. 4) Repeat step 2. Bug 9188 - Remove 'debug' information from patron statistics
In the staff client, if you submit a report under Reports ->
Statistics wizards -> Patrons you see a lot of debug info
with the heading "Filtered on:".
This patch fixes that by adding an extra template parameter
('filtered_on_debug') in reports/borrowers_stats.pl and setting
it to 0. The relevant template file is also updated to include
a conditional directive which checks for the 'filtered_on_debug'
variable. Debug info will only be shown if the variable is set
to something other than 0. Finally, the associated help file
template is updated to reflect the changes made.
Test plan:
1) In the staff client, submit a report under Reports ->
Statistics wizards -> Patrons. Observe that you see a
lot of debug information.
2) Apply the patch.
3) Repeat step 1. Confirm that the patch works, i.e. you
no longer see the debug information.

Instead of showing a separate dialog for each record modified, messages are now grouped into one dialog. To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary. You must have at least one MARC modification template defined. - Go to Tools -> Batch record modification. - Submit a list of biblionumbers which contains at least one number which doesn't exist in your database. - Confirm that warning and success messages are grouped instead of showing in separate dialogs. - Submit a list of biblionumbers using a MARC modification template which contains no actions. Confirm that the resulting error message is correctly formatted. Revision formats the error messages without the unordered list, which was giving them padding which didn't look correct inside a dialog. To work in (so-so) reliable way, this feature (using memcached for storing CGI
sessions)
$session = new CGI::Session( "driver:memcached;serializer:yaml;id:md5",
$sessionID, { Memcached => $memcached } );
desperately needs a possibility to use it's own separately configured memcached
server instance for that task. Otherwise the risk for user sessions being
occasionally kicked out in semi-random fashion is pretty substantial.
