I wasn't clear in my description -- Lee's screenshot shows exactly what I saw
on the screen when I added double quotes to one of the text fields. I saw the
JavaScript error when I launched Chrome developer tools, as shown in my
attached screenshots.

Last week, we had a database server whose disk filled, causing database writes
to fail.

This meant that messages in message_queue marked 'pending' were not marked as
'sent' when they were added to the postfix mail queue; messages were sent every
15 minutes (as specified in the cron job) until the disk space issues were
cleared.

I would suggest adding a token write to the start of process_message_queue.pl
as a 'canary in the coal mine'. If the database write fails,
process_message_queue should stop, because it's not safe to proceed sending
emails that may not be marked 'sent'.

koha-error.log: error messages with description of related steps to upload
cover image

Uploading a cover image failed without an error in UI, error message "no cover
image available" is shown in the catalogue entries.

There are error messages in koha-error.log but this messages are shown for
every step (see the described steps in attachment):
- open the administration site
- go to "tools|catalogue|upload cover images"
- upload a cover image

This error a duplicate with every try uploading a cover image.

Since we work on 16.11, we can't use dot when we receive orders but only comma
(for example : a price 11.25€ will be changed in 1125,00€ after receiving the
order).
It seems linked to syspref "Currencyformat" because the behaviour is different
when we change it from FR to US format (a price 15,43€ will be changed in
15,430.00€).

When we worked on 3.20 until this april, we could use both dot and comma when
receiving books.
This is quite disturbing for staff users because a dot is required when adding
an order to a basket, whereas a comma must be used when receiving the book but
there is no warning like it exist in the basket.

I don't know if it's a similar problem to the "Bug 18186 - Amounts with decimal
comma instead of decimal dot breaking payments" about the circulation module.
We also work with plack, but even without it, we still have this bug.

I get such empty screen with at least one of title or text columns having
quotes.
