Bug 18739 - Add SVG version of staff-home-icons-sprite image

This patch removes the Photoshop file from which the staff client home
page sprite image was generated and replaces it with an SVG file. The
PNG version of the sprite has been regenerated from the SVG version.

Two elements of the sprite have changed based on availability on the
Noun Project web site: The tag icon for cataloging and the gift icon for
acquisitions. The tag icon originally used seems to have been updated,
and the gift icon is no longer available. A similar gift icon replaces
the old one.

This patch also updates the about page so that each icon is linked to
its page on the Noun Project.

To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary. View
the staff client home page and confirm that the icons still look
correct, including when they are moused over.

Open the new SVG file in a browser or editor and confirm that it looks
correct.

Bug 18741: Fix loading of SQL files in web installer

Test plan:
1. Start a normal install using the web installer
2. When asked to select data to load, verify that
   'message_transport_types' is checked, and check some optional data
   files
3. Continue the install to the end
4. Verify that message_transport_types is not empty, and that the
   optional data you checked is there

Hi,

I tried a basic install on 17.05.00 and there is a problem when loading default
data. Whatever I select in the "Selecting default settings" screen, on the next
page I always get the same result:

Mandatory data added

auth_val_cat.sql
subtag_registry.sql
authorities_normal_marc21.sql
refund_lost_item_fee_rules.sql

Mysql data added

sysprefs.sql
userflags.sql
userpermissions.sql
audio_alerts.sql

You can see that some mandatory stuff is missing (like message_transport_types
for instance). Note that this is not a display issue, the database tables are
indeed empty.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a normal install using the web installer
2. When asked to select data to load, check that 'message_transport_types' is
checked
3. Continue the install to the end
4. Note that message_transport_types is empty

I reproduce it on master too.

Bug 18296: C4::Items - Remove GetItemInfosOf

At this point this subroutine is only used once, from reserve/request.pl.
Since we already have the items, it's easy to populate the different
hashes as the rest of the code is expecting it.

Test plan:
You need to create analytical record relationships (
EasyAnalyticalRecords needs to be set). Link an item to a biblio using
the 'Edit > Link to host item' menu from the biblio detail page.
>From the staff interface place a hold on the biblio. You should see the
items from the biblio and the one you just linked
