Bug 17214: Add records to lists by biblionumber

To test:
1) Apply patch and go to Lists
2) Click on an existing list or create a new list
3) Add items by barcode, confirm this functionality still works
4) Trigger error messages (adding duplicate barcodes, barcodes that
don't exist) to confirm they still show as appropriate
5) Test adding by biblionumber, confirm this works as expected
6) Trigger error messages (adding duplicate biblionumbers, biblionumbers
that don't exist). Confirm wording is appropriate in messages.
7) Add both barcodes and biblionumbers at the same time, confirm this
works as expected

We tested this bug at the KohaCon 2017 and it works however we were not able to
sign off.  We got this message "It seems you don't have applied a patch, so you
cannot sign it off. If you applied patches from the right report, check the
commit message of the last patch. It should start with "Bug X", if not,
please inform the author of the patch."

During Koha Conference 2017 Hackfest, we tried to test your patch on a sandbox
but we got this message:

Applied the patch but no changes

We have tested the patch, doing all the Test Plan and repeat the Test Plan
after applying the patch.
We find out that there are no changes after patch is applied. We tested in
Sandbox01, BibLibre UNIMARC on 23rd June 2017, 1000am Philippine Time.
Attachment shows the dialog box after the patch is applied, there are no
'Cancel' button. So does on the other Test Plan.

Bug 18847 - Add "Save and continue" option to notice editing

This patch adds an option to "Save and continue editing" when editing
notices. The submit button is now a split button in a floating toolbar.
The secondary action of the split button is "Save and continue editing."

To test, apply the patch and go to Tools -> Notices.

- Open any notice for editing. Verify that the toolbar looks correct and
  floats as it should when sections of the form are expanded and the
  page scrolls.
- Edit a notice and click the "Save" button. Confirm that you are
  redirected to the main Notices page and that your changes were saved.
- Edit a notice and click the "Save and continue editing" menu item.
  The page should reload with your updates in place.

Notice display after sending HTML notice.

1. Holds notice sent in HTML.
Can no longer see the content of the notices in patron>notices when clicking on
them, even ones that were sent beforehand. 
The search bar at the top of the page has also been altered, patron image and
tabs have been moved down the page.


2. Removed HTML from notice, placed hold and sent notice. All appears normal,
can view previous notices etc. Search bar and patron image are appearing
normally.


3. HTML reinstated in Holds notice, hold placed and notice sent. Same problems
as found in step 1; unable to see notice content, search bar altered, images
and tabs moved down the page.

Tested in both Chrome and Safari, bug appearing in both browsers.

Bug 18564: MariaDB doesn't have a debian.cnf file

The koha-common.cnf file is a link to debian.cnf, which MariaDB
does not install. This just forces a 'localhost' return value.

You likely edited out the initial . from the DOMAIN in the
/etc/koha/koha-sites.conf file before you did your koha-create command. If you
place the initial . in the DOMAIN variable, it doesn't matter how many levels
of domains are being used.

Bug 14572 - insert_single_holiday() forces a value on an AUTO_INCREMENT column,
during an INSERT

Removing all the id from the columns on the inserts and removing the
parameter '' of the values for the id.

Test plan:
1) Go to tools -> calendar
2) Add a Holiday only on this day.
3) Add a Holiday repeated every same day of the week.
4) Add a Holiday repeated yearly on the same date.
5) Add a Holidays on a range.
6) Add a Holidays repeated yearly on a range.
7) You should have the five calendars displayed.

Bug 18847 - Add "Save and continue" option to notice editing

This patch adds an option to "Save and continue editing" when editing
notices. The submit button is now a split button in a floating toolbar.
The secondary action of the split button is "Save and continue editing."

To test, apply the patch and go to Tools -> Notices.

- Open any notice for editing. Verify that the toolbar looks correct and
  floats as it should when sections of the form are expanded and the
  page scrolls.
- Edit a notice and click the "Save" button. Confirm that you are
  redirected to the main Notices page and that your changes were saved.
- Edit a notice and click the "Save and continue editing" menu item.
  The page should reload with your updates in place.

Bug 18834: Show distinction between shared and private lists in staff

Just as we show this distinction in OPAC, this patch adds a type column
in the Your lists tab that displays Private or Shared. It always contains
Public in the other tab.

Test plan:
[1] Check if you see Shared for a private lists with shares in staff.
[2] Run t/db_dependent/Utils/Datatables_Virtualshelves.t

Bug 18834: Remove js function Check from opac-shelves

This function only serves to check if the shelf name is not empty. It
does not even work since it incorrectly refers to f.addshelf (while it
should test #shelfname).
We can solve this and improve consistency by doing the same as in the
staff template with html5 required.

Test plan:
[1] Without this patch it was possible to add a list without a name in
OPAC (with js error: TypeError: f.addshelf is undefined).
[2] With this patch, verify that you cannot do this anymore.

Bug 18834: Show "Anyone seeing this list" permission only for shared and public
lists

This is a follow-up of report 18228 that simplifies the permissions for
lists. It reapplies the idea of bug 10865, but with one difference: It does
not completely hide all permissions if adding public or shared lists is not
allowed; it only hides the Anyone-permission if it is not relevant.

Note: The Anyone permission is not relevant if it is a private list that
has no shares. Note that looking at the prefs OpacAllowPublicListCreation
and/or OpacAllowSharingPrivateLists is not decisive. You should look at
list permissions and shares in the database; turning off the Sharing pref
does not automatically remove all shares in the system. It only blocks
creating new shares.

We only need changes in opac-shelves.tt and virtualshelves/shelves.tt.

Test plan:
[1] Disable OpacAllowPublicListCreation and OpacAllowSharingPrivateLists.
[2] Edit a public list in staff view. Toggle permissions, save and reopen
to check the value you saved. Is Anyone permission included?
[3] Edit a private list (without shares) in staff. Is Anyone excluded?
[4] Edit the same private list in OPAC. Is Anyone excluded too?
[5] Enable OpacAllowPublicListCreation. Create a public list in OPAC.
[6] Edit this list in OPAC. Do you see Anyone? Save with Anyone.
[7] Change category to Private. Save and reopen. Is Owner selected now,
and Anyone excluded?
[8] Enable sharing. Share a list and accept it with another user.
[You can also manually insert a record in virtualshelfshares.]
Edit the list in OPAC as owner. Do you see Anyone?

Works as directed in the test plan. updatedatabase.pl must be
run in order for Datatables_Virtualshelves.t to pass

Bug 18834: Add js to dynamically alter the permission options

If we we move from Private to Public or vice versa, this actually has an
impact on the permissions combo. If we go back to a private list without
shares, we could remove Anyone. If we switch to public and the list had
no shares, we could add Anyone.

Handled in a js sub AdjustPerms, triggered by onchange of the category
combo.

Test plan:
[1] Edit a private list without shares in OPAC. Toggle category. Check
if the permissions combo changes accordingly.
[2] Edit a public list in staff. Toggle category and check.

I don't get the error indicated in the test plan on a fresh kohadevbox. I did
the following steps and did not get an error:

(in Kohadevbox)

1. reset_all
2. Login to Intranet
3. Set EnableAdvancedCatalogingEditor to "Enable" under SysPrefs -> Labs
4. Navigate to the Cataloging module
5. Click Advanced Editor
6. Under Search, clicking "Advanced >>"
7. Select LIBRARY OF CONGRESS and Local catalog as servers
8. Type "history" in the Title field and click Search
9. Search results are listed and no error appears

Bug 12145: Add LockMoveUpButtons syspref to lock subfield positions

This patch adds a syspref LockMoveUpButtons to hide the 'move up'
buttons by default in the MARC editor. There is also a new option in the
settings menu in the MARC editor called 'Lock subfield positions' so
users can toggle the 'move up' buttons in the editor.

To test:
1) Apply patch and update database
2) Find the LockMoveUpButtons syspref in Admin -> Global system
preferences. Confirm it is set to "Don't lock" by default
3) Go to add a new biblio or edit an existing one in cataloguing
4) The Move Up buttons should still be present and work as normal. Click
Settings and confirm the 'Lock subfield positions' option is unchecked
5) Click 'Lock subfield positions' to show and hide the buttons
6) Set the LockMoveUpButtons syspref to Lock and refresh the cataloguing
editor
7) Confirm the buttons are hidden by default

Bug 12145: [FOLLOW-UP] Separating buttons and tags

This patch fixes the issue in Comment 2. The move-up buttons were inside
the element that gets hidden when 'Show tags' is off, therefore removing
their functionality and making the 'Lock subfield positions' button
useless. This patch separates the buttons and the tags into two separate
span elements, and adds the appropriate CSS.

To test:
Confirm that 'Lock subfield positions' still works when 'Show tags'
is off.

Bug 18811: Add a script for checking authority data in hidden fields

If you edit an authority record while having data in hidden fields or
subfields, that data will be lost now.
This script can help you to unhide some fields and prevent data loss.

Test plan:
[1] Add a PERSO_NAME record. Fill e.g. 100b.
[2] Hide 100b in the PERSO_NAME framework.
[3] Run auth_show_hidden_data.pl and verify that it reports 100b in
the PERSO_NAME framework.
