Currently the vi-VN language display name is in Chinese characters (㗂越). This
is incorrect. 

To reproduce this, install the vi-VN language and open the OPAC. The option for
Vietnamese will display as those Chinese characters, rather than "Tiếng Việt",
which is the way Vietnamese people refer to their language. 

The display name is created by the installer in
installer/data/mysql/mandatory/subtag_registry.sql:

VALUES ( 'vi', 'language', 'vi', '㗂越');

That should be changed to: 

VALUES ( 'vi', 'language', 'vi', 'Tiếng Việt');

Bug 15326: [FOLLOW-UP] Many fixes

This patch:
- moves action buttons into a dropdown, adds a delete button to dropdown
- fixes the tests (they should now all pass)
- fixes qa tool problems
- removes the Koha::CmsPages->remove() method (unnecessary)
- makes changes to the Koha::CmsPages->add() method (now simpler, easier
to test)

This is now ready to test.

Bug 15326: [FOLLOW-UP] Add CMS feature

This patch builds on Martin Persson's patch. I made a few changes that
improve the patch and make this feature functional.
The only thing I am not completely satisfied with (and doesn't reliably
work) is the navigation for the CMS pages on both the staff side and the
OPAC side. This needs work. Otherwise the CMS feature works.

- Make sure you update database after applying patch
- After adding a few pages, confirm that filtering results works (play
 with different combinations of display location, library and language)
- Confirm that pages with specific locations ONLY show up in those
locations, i.e. OPAC pages can only be accessed in OPAC and staff interface
pages can only be accessed on staff client
- Confirm that table is showing correct data, particularly language,
location and library
- Confirm that if page has not been published and user does not have
permission to edit pages, page content will not display on OPAC side. On
staff side, a message will show saying that page has not been published
- Confirm pagination for table shows and works
- Confirm deleting pages works as expected (confirm message before
delete)
- Confirm link title must be unique when adding new pages
- Confirm that editing the details of an existing page works
- Confirm that adding a child page will only work if the location of
child page matches location of parent page, i.e., if parent page is an
OPAC page then child page must also be OPAC page. if parent page is in
all locations then child page can be in all or either interface(s)
- Confirm Select All/Clear All toggle works
- Confirm viewing of CMS pages in OPAC and in staff client works and
looks nice

Sorry Jonathan, I can't actually reproduce this. When there is no notice called
'CHECKOUT_NOTE' (which is now what the notice is called), the note still saves
and the title shows as expected (but obviously the notice isn't sent and the
log shows that "No circulation CHECKOUT_NOTE letter transported by email at
/home/vagrant/kohaclone/C4/Letters.pm line 697." message)

I made this bug dependent on 18336, because (as Mark correctly pointed out) the
big problem for this is the DB handling this 4-byte characters (emojis, some
japanese chars, etc). Changing the DB like this is important for other areas,
not just tags.

Luckily, I've submitted the patches to implement the change (on bug 18336). It
will need to be broadly tested, so start now :-D

I will leave this bug open, for the specific task of integrating an emoji
picker for the tags adding form in the OPAC :-D

Bug 12532 - Send emails to guarantee and guarantor

Adds setting "RedirectGuaranteeEmail". When setting is enabled,
emails to patron with a guarantor will be send to both guarantor
and guarantee.

Does this by amending the C4::Members::GetNoticeEmail() sub. It does
not affect values in the message_queue table.

Test plan:

Before applying
1) Select patron with guarantor
2) Enable checkout emails
3) Checkout item. Email will be sent only to guarantee
4) Apply patch
5) Run updatedatabase.pl
6) Enable 'RedirectGuaranteeEmail' in system preferences
7) Go through step 1) to 3). Email should now be sent to both.
8) Run t/db_dependant/Members.t

I can confirm that this is not a Koha 17.11 bug. The issue arose because the
Hussain's setup had a custom staff client theme / template named - imam in the
old 3.18.0 db, which wasn't ported over to 17.11.

Closing this as RESOLVED-INVALID.

Bug 20081: Set inline headers for uploaded pdfs

To test:
1 - Edit a framework and add the 'upload/pl' plugin to the 856 field
2 - Attach a pdf to one record
3 - Attach a different type of file to another
(To attach, edit a record in the framework edited above and find the
 helper by the 856 field)
4 - Click the links on the record
5 - Verify the pdf opens inline
6 - Verify the other file does not
7 - prove t/db_dependent/Upload.t

Bug 18336: Add explicit index names to kohastructure.sql

This patch just adds an explicit index name to the search_marc_map
table. The atomicupdate on this patchset is a good example of why we
better have them.

Bug 18336: Convert schema from utf8 to utf8mb4

This patch adapts the DB structure so it uses utf8mb4 encoding and
utf8mb4_generic_ci collation.

Indexes for columns of type VARCHAR with prefix lenght higher than 191
are shortened because of the smaller max index lenght for utf8mb4

Note: please beware that testing this patchset risks your data and the
patchset includes reinitializing the DB.

To test:
- Be on the master branch
- Have a clean DB:
  $ reset_all
  (y)
- Apply the first patch (Unit tests)
- Run:
  $ kshell
 k$ prove t/db_dependent/www/search_utf8.t \
  t/db_dependent/www/auth_values_input_www.t
=> FAIL: Tests fail because Koha doesn't support supplemental (UTF-8)
 chars.
- Apply the rest of this patchset
- Upgrade the schema:
  $ kshell
 k$ perl installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl
- Run the tests:
 k$ prove t/db_dependent/www/search_utf8.t \
  t/db_dependent/www/auth_values_input_www.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
- Now start from a clean DB
- Run:
  $ reset_all
  (y)
- Run the tests:
 k$ prove t/db_dependent/www/search_utf8.t \
  t/db_dependent/www/auth_values_input_www.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!

Verify you can use emojis all over the place (MARC records, AV
descriptions, etc).

Bug 18336: Full stack tests for supplemental UTF-8 chars

This patch introduces tests for Koha's support for 4-byte supplemental
UTF-8 chars. encoding/decoding tools handle this gracefuly. The missing
piece is the MySQL DB backend.

The tests in this patch:
- Adds a couple records for each flavour (MARC21 and UNIMARC) so
  search_utf8.t tests 4-byte chars are handled correctly
- Adds emoji testing in auth_values_input_www.t

To test:
- Apply this patch
- Run:
  $ kshell
 k$ prove t/db_dependent/www/search_utf8.t \
  t/db_dependent/www/auth_values_input_www.t
=> FAIL: It should fail if the DB hasn't been migrated into using
utf8mb4

Bug 18725 - check for writability before sending each message

This will mean that if we fill the disk in the middle of
processing the message queue we will not continue to send messages
even if the database was writable at the time of launch.

Bug 19730: Use biblio_metadata.timestamp in export_records.pl

Since bug 17196, biblioitems.timestamp is not always updated after a
change in the MARC record.
Filtering should be based on biblio_metadata.timestamp instead.

REVISED TEST PLAN
-
0. Do not apply patch

1. Find a biblio record, remember the biblionumber for step 3

2. Edit the record, modify a field (e.g. 003, 015$q) that is
   not mapped to a DB column, so biblio_metadata.timestamp will
   be modified but not biblioitems.timestamp

3. In MySQL with the koha database selected:
   > select timestamp from biblio where biblionumber=###;
   > select timestamp from biblio_metadata where biblionumber=###;
   -- you'll need to change the ###'s based on the biblionumber
  you remembered in step 1.
   -- the two timestamps will differ.
   -- Remember the timestamp of biblio_metadata for step 4.

4. Run this command:
   $ sudo koha-shell -c bash kohadev
   $ export DATE="-MM-DD HH:mm:SS"
   -- use the timestamp remembered in step 3.

5. Run this command:
   $ ./misc/export_records.pl --date="$DATE"
   $ ls -la koha.mrc
   -- the file should be 0 bytes.

6. Run this command:
   $ exit
   $ git bz apply 19730
   $ restart_all
   $ sudo koha-shell -c bash kohadev
   $ export DATE="-MM-DD HH:mm:SS"
   -- use the timestamp remembered in step 3.

7. Run this command:

The indexes 'arl' (Accelerated reading level) and 'arp' (Accelerated reading
point) are not listed in C4::Search::getIndexes, and therefore cannot be used
in the koha drop down menus.

To re-create:

Find a bib with 526$c and 526$d populated, e.g.

Entering the following in the search bar works:

Hello,

we're experiencing problems with printing patroncards from Koha. The final
result depends on used browser, for instance in opera I'm able to download
blank pdf, however, in firefox I end up with "Not found. The document has moved
here." error(under "here" link is nothing->nothing happens). 

We use self-build Koha with several changes from upstream, but we haven't
edited this fuction.

The logged errors are as following:

manage.pl: CGI::param called in list context from package Template::Document
line 57, this can lead to vulnerabilities. See the warning in "Fetching the
value or values of a single named parameter" at /usr/share/perl5/CGI.pm line
436.

create-pdf.pl: Use of uninitialized value in substitution iterator at
/usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Patroncards/Patroncard.pm line 233.

create-pdf.pl: Use of uninitialized value $string_width in addition (+) at
/usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Patroncards/Patroncard.pm line 256.

Bug 19975: Fix search by tags at the OPAC

This bug has certainly be caused by
  commit 091d6c513bcbee224ff06477e79be48cea7fe825
Bug 17843: Replace C4::Koha::getitemtypeinfo with Koha::ItemTypes

The reason is quite simple, in Koha::ItemType->translated_description
(called in opac-search.pl l.229) there is an eval to know if we have
access to the translated description of the item type, to avoid
retrieving it again.

The evaluation of $@ later in opac-search.pl is supposed to test the 2
eval made few lines before (a "normal" search, without tags), but
$@ contains the error message from the *last* eval command.
So we are raising an error that have been correctly handled in
Koha::ItemType.

Test plan:
At the OPAC, click Tag cloud, then click any of the tags

=> Without the patch you get
Koha::ItemType::get_column generated this error:
DBIx::Class::Row::get_column(): No such column 'translated_description' on
Koha::Schema::Result::Itemtype at /usr/share/koha/lib/Koha/Object.pm line 307

=> With the patch applied the page is correctly displayed

Bug 20036: Switch single-column templates to Bootstrap grid: Offline
circulation

This patch updates three single-column offline circulation templates to
use the Bootstrap grid.

- offline_circ\process_koc.tt - Circulation -> Upload offline
  circulation.

- offline_circ\enqueue_koc.tt - After uploading offline circulation
  file -> Add to offline circulation queue. The confirmation page is the
  page to be tested.

- offline_circ\list.tt - From the confirmation page -> View pending
  offline circulation actions.

Each of these pages should look correct, with a single centered column
with wide margins on either side. At lower browser widths the margins
should disappear.

Bug 20035: Switch single-column templates to Bootstrap grid: Patron clubs

This patch updates two single-column Patron clubs templates to
use the Bootstrap grid.

- clubs/clubs-add-modify.tt - Tools -> Patron clubs -> New club.
- clubs/templates-add-modify.tt - Tools -> Patron clubs -> New club
  template. Also changed in this file: Markup corrections. Label "for"
  attribute should match the form field's id attribute.

Each of these pages should look correct, with a single centered column
with wide margins on either side. At lower browser widths the margins
should disappear.

Bug 20074: (Follow-up) Remove another remainder of biblio hidden logic

Script authorities.pl still contains a module 2 calculation on the hidden
attribute, although it is used as a boolean.
Since -5 mod 2 == 1, it does no harm, but we better remove it.

Test plan:
Edit and save an authority. Verify that everything still works as expected.

Bug 20076: Overdues: remove redundant message when patrons don't have email
addresses

When running overdue_notices.pl, one email message is sent to the
library containing all the print versions of the related notices.
But since a past enhancement, one message of the type print also is
created for each of such notices.
So now we have two print overdue notice generations.
Which is why the email message is not longer relevant as it's superseded
by the individual and ready to print messages.

Test plan
1. Check the size of the message queue
 With the following SQL query (using an SQL report if you want)
 SELECT COUNT(*) FROM message_queue;
2. Run misc/cronjobs/overdue_notices.pl
3. Check the size of the message queue
 To ensure that no other overdues will create noise in this test plan.
 Or you can take them into account.
4. Choose a patron with no email address
5. Create an overdue (checkout an item and unfold "Checkout settings"
   and set a date in the past which is compatible with what you find in
   staff:/cgi-bin/koha/tools/overduerules.pl
6. Run misc/cronjobs/overdue_notices.pl
7. Check that you have two new messages in the queue
8. Inspect these two messages
   SELECT * FROM message_queue ORDER BY time_queued DESC LIMIT 2 \G
   1. One has the type "print" and the borrowernumber matching the patron.
   2. The other has
subject: Overdue Notices
borrowernumber: NULL
message_transport_type: email
and contains "These messages were not sent directly to the patrons."
This is the one we don't want anymore.
Because it's now obsolete due to the first message.
9. Apply this patch
10. Run misc/cronjobs/overdue_notices.pl
11. Check that only the print message is now generated and not the
  "Overdue Notices" one.
