Bug 15219: Fix date sorting when server-side processing is disabled
Use DataTables 'columns' option instead of 'aoColumns'
This allow more control on what data is used for display, sorting,
filtering, ...
A large part of this patch is about rewording things to better match the
DataTables documentation.
The real change is that
"mRender": renderingFunc
becomes
"render": {
"display": renderingFunc
}
So the return value of renderingFunc is now only used for display (not
for filtering, sorting, ...)

Loading all of them at once can be very long, and sometimes can cause timeout errors. This patch prevent that by enabling server-side processing and pagination on checkouts tables. This affects patron's checkouts and patron's relatives' checkouts tables on pages circ/circulation.pl and members/moremember.pl. As server-side processing can be useless and cumbersome with small sets of data, a new system preference is introduced to control this behaviour (server-side processing is disabled by default). Additionally, this patch: - adds a switch to turn off and on row grouping (today's checkouts vs previous checkouts) (on by default) - adds "column settings" for relatives' checkouts tables - factorize some code that was duplicated across the two DataTables configurations (mDataProp) Test plan: 1. Find (or create) a patron that have at least 10 checkouts and where the relatives checkouts table contain at least 10 checkouts. 2. Go to the patron's detail page and check everything works fine in both tables (sorting, pagination, the data itself, ...) 3. Do the same on circulation page (circulation.pl) 4. This patch tries to improve the situation by using the new sub with the itemtype of the search result. In most cases the number of links will drastically decrease. It may still be possible sometimes that a link is shown while it effectively is not possible, but we do not get the performance burden of determining that and going through all items. Test plan: [1] Look for two borrowers P1 and P2 within categories C1 resp. C2. [2] Look for two biblios B1 and B2 with default item types I1 resp. I2. (See 942c in case of MARC21.) [3] Make sure that no circ rules allow article requests. Enable the pref. [4] Add/modify circ rule category=C1, itemtype=I1, art_req=yes. Log out. Search for B1 and B2, verify that only B1 has AR link. Log in as P1. Verify that only B1 has AR link. Log in as P2. Verify that no biblio has AR link. Bug 20272: Replace error numbers by codes in XSLT_Handler
We remove the error numbers 1 to 7 by readable codes.
And remove the errstr attribute (not used widely).
Make XSLT_Handler a little bit less noisy by defaulting print_warns to
false unless $ENV{DEBUG} is set. (See also bug 19018).
The unit has been changed accordingly.
(A few warnings are no longer tested.)

The bug is that description of value 0 is always "For loan". This seems to be only for "notforloan". Second bug is that if a description exists for "notforloan" value 0, it is not used. This patch corrects by adding "For loan" only for "notforloan" authorized values and if there is no 0 value. It changes the description added by code from "ignore" to a more unlikly user defined "__IGNORE__". Improvements: 1) Mappings UI now has button that allows one to reset the mappings. 2) Mappings UI displays the items in alphabetical order. 3) Indexing script drops and recreates the index right away, which helps prevent ES from autocreating a bad index if someone does something while the first batch of records is being processed. 4) Indexing script has nicer output.
