In theory, the "correct" collation could be dynamically added to the db queries depending on the user's language setting. I have no idea if that would add performance overhead to the queries. So instead of having a fine of 3,75, the Excel file says the fine is 375. Note that I opened the Excel file in LibreOffice Calc. I'm not sure if that affects anything. If I go to 's account in Koha I get the "Fees & Charges: Patron's guarantees collectively owe 12.00. Checkouts are BLOCKED because fine balance is OVER THE LIMIT." message that I expect to see and the patron is blocked from checkout in the staff client. In a SIP2 transaction, however, is not blocked. Prior to our upgrade this scenario would cause 's account to send a SIP2 PI response of 'N.' At least my client's version of it, which is trying to pay a 1.035 fine displayed as 1.04. I'll assign myself the issue and fix it tomorrow. IMO, we should solve this with common sense and not an accounting mentality. For 1.035, we display 1.04, as it should. Then on payment, we validate if there's a difference of less than 0.01. If so then AmountPaid = AmountNeededToBePaid. Just before the comparison. To test, apply the patch and regenerate the staff client CSS. - Enable the LocalCoverImages system preference. - Locate a bibliographic record which has no images attached. - There should be a "no images" message and an upload button. - Upload an image and return to the detail page. - The "Images" tab should have a nicely-styled thumbnail of the image you uploaded. - Test the "Delete image" link: It should ask for a confirmation. If you confirm, the image should disappear and a "loading" spinner should appear. - When the image has been deleted the thumbnail container should disappear and the "no images" message should reappear. - Test this process with AllowMultipleCovers enabled and disabled. Extra credit: Modify the AJAX url in the removeLocalImage function in detail.tt. This method is untested (I thought all methods being passed through required full testing koha side.. at least that's what I had been lead to beleive). This method returns a DBIx::Class::ResultSet and not a Koha::Objects result class and as such introduces inconsistent behaviour.. we should have it remain consistent and have a localised method to convert the result to a Koha::Object derived class..
