Bug 34392: Run automated Stylelint fixes on staff CSS
This patch corrects errors raised by the new stylelint configuration in
staff-global.scss. Many of the fixes were made automatically by using
the "--fix" option:
npx stylelint koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/css/src/staff-global.scss --fix
Some examples of errors found:
- Expected single space after ":"
- Expected single space after "("
- Expected single space before ")"
- Expected empty line before comment
- Expected no more than 1 empty line
- Expected a trailing semicolon
Manual fixes include replacing named colors with hex codes, combining
duplicate selectors, removing empty blocks, etc.
Some warnings remain: "Unexpected !important" requires more than a
quick fix, if we should choose to address them.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS:

The changes affect CSS all around the staff interface, but there should
be no visible results of the patch. Everything should look correct.
The stylelint check should return only warnings about "!important"

The cron probably doesn't like the dot (.) in the argument. My colleague fix
this issue by adding a "\" before and after the argument.
For example, our cron to exclude some categories look like this:
/misc/cronjobs/membership_expiry.pl -c -where=\"me.categorycode NOT IN
('EM','ADM','SU', 'TA')\"

Bug 25813: Enhance patron expiration in SIP display
Currently, the patron information returned by SIP only shows
"PATRON EXPIRED" when the patron card has expired.
This patch makes the display more consistant with the Opac display
and also complies with the NotifyBorrowerDeparture system preference.
Test plan:
- apply the patch
- set NotifyBorrowerDeparture to 0
- check that nothing is ever displayed about the card expiration
- set NotifyBorrowerDeparture to a value greater than 0
- check that the following message will be displayed for a card that will
expire within NotifyBorrowerDeparture days:
"Your card will expire on {correctly formatted date}"
- check that the following message will be displayed for a card that has
expired:
"Your account has expired as of {correctly formatted date}"
You can use src/C4/SIP/interactive_patron_dump.pl for easier testing.

Bug 25814: SIP: Add a message on successful checkin.
Currently, Koha does not return a message on successful SIP checkin.
This patchs adds the show_checkin_message option to SIPconfig.xml, disabled by
default. When enabled, the following message is displayed on SIP checkin:
"Item checked-in: {homebranch|permanent_location} - {location}"
The UseLocationAsAQInSIP system preference is used to determine whether the
homebranch or the permanent location will be used.
Test plan:
- Perform a successful checkin using SIP
- Check that the message is in the checkin response (AF field)
- prove t/db_dependent/SIP/Transaction.t
