hi, I only can tell you my decision why whe choosed for the bmw r1200gs. Weight is low, about 99kg included prop (10kg) muffler, gearbox, mount, cowlings. 10/12 liter p/hour. 110 hp In europe you can buy the gearbox and a plug computer, whe will try to use the original computer but if doesnt work we will by the plug and play. One of the cherry bx2 builders made a video on youtube about the bmw engine.
