Mine will move about one inch in either direction. In actual flight< I have 
never deflected mine more than 1/4". It simply does not take much for a well 
balanced KR.

The archives have much on elevator trim tabs,but as a short cut,how much up 
and down movement should there be on the elevator trim tab on a KR with good 
CG range as specified.?
