Jack was transferred to the VA in Johnson City 3 weeks ago. We had hoped for only a few days hospital stay for his ventilator and oxygen to be evaluated, but Jack has had a rough couple of weeks. He's had trouble breathing, his heart stopping and infections. I'm thinking the transfer was just hard on him. No discharge date is insight. He's about to go bonkers in that ICU room. It took a team effort of 5 people to get him outside one time for 15 minutes. He's beginning to do better, but staff are gun shy. Please pass the word as some of the other folks who were asking about him early on are buried under hundreds of emails and I don't have the time to search out the names. Sandy
