I'm going to be posting this note regularly in order to get a good count on who will be attending the gathering. I need a good hard figure on shirts, hats and banquet ticket so if you planning on attending would you please go to http://krgathering.org/ and pre register. This really does help in saving money by ordering the correct number of shirts and gives the catering a good solid figure on how much food to bring...and most importantly how much to charge us.
