I am reading in Kitplanes that the KR2 has a range of 1600 NM and holds 12 
gallons of fuel. Ths breaks down to 133 MPG is this about the milage you are 
seeing in the KR2.

Dan,
regard everything you read in absolutes as a myth. No two KRs are alike!
I'm not a KR driver but 3-5 gallon per hour is realistic with 140-190 mph
true airspeed.There you have it!
