Dear Group, 

a friend of mine, Scott Devlin, died on Jun-16 in a midair collision close
to Olympia / WA in a C210 . He was running the FBO in Grove Field/Camas (
1W1 ). To help his wife out of debt, we are currently selling his tools,
supplies and his KR2 project. 

The auction for his KR2 will start today at 8 PM pacific with the
item#2488003604 . 

I hope we will get a fair price to support his children.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your friend Scott and hope you do well on
the auction. I'll check it out to see if there is anything I need.

I  also lost a good friend , Jim Londo, whom I have known for about twenty
years a couple days ago. One article covering the crash is in the Everett

Jim was a member of EAA chapter 84 here and will be dearly missed.

You should be able to as long as the auction is still going.  You can't
check completed auctions anymore without being registered.  The KR2 project
hasn't started yet.  Another two hours based on the original post (8pm
Pacific).

I was just on Barnstormers and did a search on KR and about 20 ads popped
up. There are some beautiful KR's there for sale. There are KR-1, KR-2 and
KR-2S and all kinds of projects. Some of them would definitely be award
winners at the Gathering. Why do these planes never show up at the
Gatherings?
