Just for clarity: there are TWO SIGs here: cluster-lifecycle and cluster
ops.

Lifecycle is focused on kubeadm development that impact future releases
(Tuesday meetings)
Cluster Ops is focused on operational concerns (including metal) around
current releases (Thursday meetings)

Load balancers for bare metal are the same as load balancers for cloud
providers.  There's not really anything different.
